Screen 3: Queue Settings

Number of Concurrent Conversations: Set the number of conversations that can happen simultaneously.

Duration of Each Conversation: Define the default duration for each chat.

Default Duration of Chat Extension: Set the time duration for extending chats if needed.

Screen 4: Queue Management

Representatives are informed about pausing and resuming the queue:

The queue can be paused or resumed anytime from the settings menu.

However, the queue cannot be paused when there is an active conversation.

Reps can set a specific duration for pausing the queue from the settings menu.

When the queue resumes, attendees in the queue will receive a message notifying them that the queue is now active again.
