In vFairs, managing meeting requests efficiently is crucial for smooth interactions with attendees. This feature is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with the Chat Booking Widget.
✅ Steps to Accept or Decline Meeting Requests from Attendees
🔹 Step 1: Ensure Group Meeting Settings Are Enabled

Log in to your vFairs event backend using your organizer credentials.

Ensure that group meeting settings are enabled in the backend. This ensures that meeting requests can be sent and managed properly.
🔹 Step 2: Log In to Your Event Frontend

Once group meeting settings are enabled, log in to the event frontend using your credentials.
🔹 Step 3: Access the Chat Booking Widget

After logging in, locate the Chat Booking Widget on the right-hand side of your screen.

Click on the Chat Booking Widget to open the booking interface.
🔹 Step 4: Navigate to the Bookings Tab

In the Chat Booking Widget, click on the Bookings Tab to view all your meeting requests from attendees.
🔹 Step 5: Accept or Decline Meeting Requests

Under the meeting request, you will see the Accept and Decline buttons.

Click “Accept” to confirm the meeting and allow it to be scheduled in your calendar.

Click “Decline” to reject the meeting request.

Once you have selected Accept or Decline, the meeting request status will be updated accordingly.
🧠 What Happens After Accepting or Declining Meeting Requests?

Accepted Requests: When you accept a meeting, it will be automatically added to your meeting schedule, and both you and the attendee will receive confirmation of the scheduled time.

Declined Requests: If you decline a request, the attendee will be notified that the meeting was not accepted. The request will no longer appear in your pending meetings list.
