Log in to the Backend as an Organizer

Use your organizer credentials to sign in to the event backend system.

Click on Leads, and the Leads Listing screen will appear, displaying all captured leads.

Managing Leads Effectively
1. Filter Leads by Booth and Lead Type

Use the filters to narrow down your lead data.

Select a specific booth from the Booths filter to view leads associated with that booth.

Choose a Lead Type (e.g., Urgent, Hot, Warm, Cold) to categorize leads efficiently.

Example: I have selected Acme LLC booth in the Booths filter and can see the below leads of that booth.
2. Customize Columns in the Listing Screen

Click on the Columns dropdown at the top right of the screen (next to the Export button).

Select or unselect columns to display only the most relevant lead details.
3. Export Leads for Further Analysis

Click the Export button at the top right to download lead data. You will get a pop up about receiving an email shortly upon clicking Export button.
