What is a User Journey Tracker?
The User Journey Tracker is a tool designed to monitor and analyze attendee engagement throughout virtual events. It tracks user interactions, such as session attendance, and booth visits. This data helps in optimizing event strategies and improving user experience for future events.
How to Access the User Journey Tracker?
- Log in to the backend and access the "Analytics" section from the left-hand menu.
- Click on "Analytics" to expand the menu, then select "User Journey Tracker."
How to view User Journey?
Step by Step guide:
- Enter the email address to search for the user for whom you want to track the interactions.
- Once the user is selected, their complete journey will be shown on the timeline in the lower half of the screen.
- You can view all activities in the journey or apply filters based on your preferences.
- The start and end dates, within which you would like to track the journey, can also be set using the filter options.
- After filtering, the event owner can click the ‘Export’ button in front of the email field to download the CSV file of the user’s journey.
