# How to Activate a Booth in Your Event Management Platform

**Introduction:** Activating a booth is a critical step for exhibitors participating in virtual and hybrid events. It enables the exhibitor's presence at the event, allowing them to showcase products, interact with attendees, and conduct presentations.
**Step 1: Accessing Exhibitor Management**
- **Navigate to Exhibitor Management:** Start by logging into your event management dashboard. Locate and select the "Exhibitor Management" option from the main menu.
**Step 2: Entering Booth Management**
- **Open Booth Management:** Within the Exhibitor Management panel, find and click on "Booth Management."
**Step 3: Editing Booth Settings**
- **Locate the Booth:** In the Booth Management section, browse through the list of booths until you find the one you wish to activate. Each booth listed will have an 'Edit booth' icon, typically represented by a pencil icon next to its name.
- **Edit Booth:** Click on the 'Edit booth' icon for the booth you want to activate. This will open a drawer where you can modify the booth's settings.

- **Enable Activation Toggle:** Scroll through the options in the edit drawer until you find the "Activate Booth" toggle present at the bottom of Advance Settings. Turn this toggle ON to activate the booth. This action makes the booth live and accessible to event attendees.

- **Save Settings:** After toggling the activation to ON, ensure to click any **'Save Booth'** button present at the end of the edit drawer. This step is crucial as it confirms the changes and officially activates the booth for the event.
