# How to Add a Code to the Registration Form
## Learn how to add codes for registrations in order to facilitate registrants.
#### Step 1: Access the Registration Section
- **Login**: Start by logging into the backend of your event management platform. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to modify registration settings.
- **Navigate to Registration**: In the main navigation menu, usually located on the left side of the screen, click on the **Registration Code** section. .
- 
#### Step 2: Add a New Code
- **Add Code**: At the top right of the Registration Code screen, you’ll see an **Add** button. Click this to create a new registration code.
- **Step 3: Code Details**: You will be prompted to enter details for the new code. This typically includes:
- Code Name (Group Registration)
- Code (GRPXY24)
- Validity dates (if the code is available only for a certain period)
- Limitations on the number of uses
#### Step 4: Save the Registration Code
- After entering all the necessary details and setting up the code as required, make sure to click the **Save** button at the end of the process to ensure all changes are properly applied and the code is active.
