How to Add a Multi-Language Event

Creating a multi-language event allows you to provide a seamless experience for attendees from different linguistic backgrounds. This guide walks you through the process of setting up an event with multiple language options.

1. Access the Event Dashboard

  • Log in to the Event Dashboard.

  • Click on the Create New Event button.

2. Fill in the Event Details

  • Enter the following details for your event:

     

    • Event Title

    • Event URL

    • Event Start Date & Time

    • Event End Date & Time

    • Time zone

    • Type of Event (Virtual, Hybrid, or Onsite)

    • Event Format

    • Event Country

    • Event Location (for onsite events)

    • Languages: Add multiple language options to support a multilingual audience.

3. Select Event Features

  • Once the event details are entered, click on the Continue button.

  • Choose the features and functionalities that the event will include.

4. Finalize and Create the Event

  • After selecting the required features, click on the Create Event button.

Outcome

The event has now been successfully created with support for multiple languages, ensuring a more inclusive experience for a diverse audience.
