How to Add Additional Registration Fields in the Participants Dashboard

This article guides you through the steps to customize the columns shown in the Participants Dashboard by enabling additional registration fields.

Steps to Add Additional Registration Fields

  1. Log in to the vFairs Backend
    Use your organizer or admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to participants section and click 'Attendees and Registrants'
    This will open the Participants Dashboard.

  3. Click the "Columns" Button
    Located on the top-right of the table view.

  4. Scroll Through the List of Available Fields 

    1. Look for additional registration fields such as:

      • Has Paid

      • Group Registration

      • Ticket Types

      • Add-ons (if applicable)


  5. Check the Boxes for Relevant Fields
    Enable the fields you wish to display. These will be added as columns to your dashboard instantly.

  • Has Paid: See who has completed payment (for paid events).

  • Group Registration: Identify participants who are part of a group.

  • Ticket Types: View the specific ticket each attendee selected.

  • Custom Fields: Display any custom fields added to your registration form (e.g., company, job title).

  • You can rearrange or hide columns anytime by revisiting the Columns section.
