How to Add “All Active Participants” Audience Segment in Email Campaigns
Learn how to target all registered participants in your event, including attendees, booth admins, admins, speakers, and event owners using the new “All Active Participants” audience segment.
- Head over to the Email Campaigns section and create or edit a campaign.
- In the Audience Segment step, go to the Attendees & Registrants section.
- Locate the new option labeled All Active Participants.
- Select All Active Participants to automatically include all active users across these roles.
- The system will dynamically calculate and display the participant count.
- Proceed to complete your campaign setup. When the campaign is sent, emails will be delivered to all active roles included in this segment.
