The Document Library at vFairs allows organizers to upload and manage event materials, making resources like brochures and presentations accessible and searchable for attendees through booths and event pages.
What is a Document Library?
The Document Library at vFairs is a feature that allows event organizers and exhibitors to upload, manage, and share various documents with attendees during an event. This can include brochures, presentations, whitepapers, and other resources relevant to the event or booth.
Documents are uploaded through the backend and can be made accessible to attendees via booths or event pages. i.e. Resources tab
Organizers can conveniently upload all documents in one centralized location and assign them to specific booths, eliminating the need to upload documents individually for each booth. These documents will then be accessible within the booths or through the resource tab in the event platform, allowing attendees to search, view, and add them to their swag bags seamlessly.
