How to add and manage sponsors on the landing page

Learn how to showcase sponsors on your event landing page. Organizers can pull sponsor information directly from the Sponsor Hub, display sponsors by groups, and manage sponsor layouts to ensure a seamless and enrichedexperience for event visitors.

Steps to Add and Manage Sponsors:

  1. Access the Landing Page Builder:
    • Go to the backend and open the Landing Page Builder.
  2. Select a Sponsor Template:
    • Within the Landing Page Builder, locate the Sponsor Template section. Click on the Add Section button and select a sponsor template from the options available.
    • The templates will support grouped sponsors, allowing you to categorize and display sponsors based on the groups created in the backend.
  3. Fetch Sponsors from the Sponsor Hub:
    • The sponsor template will automatically pull sponsor names, descriptions, and logos from the Sponsor Hub. This ensures that sponsors tagged with specific sponsor groups appear in the correct section.
    • You can customize the sponsor section layout (e.g., grid, list) to fit the overall landing page design.
  4. Edit Sponsor Information:
    • To add or update sponsor details, navigate to the Sponsor Hub in the backend:
      • Update sponsor names, descriptions, and links directly from the sponsor listing page.
      • Any changes made in the Sponsor Hub will automatically reflect on the landing page, ensuring up-to-date sponsor information.
  5. Customize the Sponsor Section Layout:
    • Use the Landing Page Builder to modify the appearance and layout of the sponsor section, ensuring it aligns with the event theme.
    • The layout options allow you to present sponsors in a way that best showcases their importance and visibility.
  6. Save Changes:
    • After making any updates to the sponsor section, click Save Changes to apply the changes both to the backend and the live event site.

Popup Display for Sponsors:

  1. Click on Sponsor Logos:
    • When visitors click on a sponsor’s logo on the live event site, a popup will appear displaying the sponsor’s name, description, and a link to their website.
  2. Popup Content:
    • The popup will show the sponsor’s name as the title, followed by their description and a clickable link to their website, similar to how speaker bios are displayed.
  3. Consistent Design:
    • Ensure that the sponsor section, including the popup, follows the consistent design and theme of your landing page, providing a unified look and feel across the site.

How to Manage Sponsor Groups:

  1. Add Sponsor Groups in the Backend:
    • Go to the Sponsor Hub in the backend to create and manage sponsor groups. Tag sponsors with relevant groups for better categorization.
  2. Dynamic Group Updates:
    • Changes made to sponsor groups and their associated sponsors in the backend will automatically reflect in the sponsor template on the landing page.
  3. Grouped Sponsor Display:
    • When using the selected sponsor template, sponsors will be displayed according to their tagged group, ensuring that only relevant sponsors appear in the chosen sections of the landing page.
