How to Include Attachments in Email Campaigns

Learn how to enhance your email campaigns by adding file attachments like PDFs, brochures, or event resources. This article outlines the complete process, including supported file types and size limitations.

1. Head over to the "Marketing" section in the backend and click on "Email Campaigns"

 
 

2. Click on the "Settings" button to access campaigns specific settings.

3. Enable the toggle that reads "Enable Attachments" from the General Settings section.

4. Head over to the campaigns listing section to add a new campaign and click on the "Create New Campaign" button.

5. Proceed to the campaign builder and click on the "Attachments" button.

6. A file upload popup will appear, allowing you to add one or more attachments. Use the upload area to add your files, making sure to follow the recommended file formats and size limits.

Only DOC and PDF file formats are supported, with a maximum file size limit of 20 MB per file.

7. Once the file has been successfully attached, click the “Confirm” button to proceed and launch the campaign. The selected attachments will be included with the campaign delivery.
