How to Add Content to Organization Assets in the Event Management Dashboard

The Organization Asset Manager enables organizers to upload, manage, and categorize documents and images efficiently. Users can assign tags, group assets, and control visibility to ensure seamless organization and easy access.

1. Log in to the Event Management Dashboard

  • Navigate to the Event Management Dashboard.
  • Select Organization Assets from the menu.

 

2. Click on Add Asset

  • Locate and click the Add Asset button to open the asset upload drawer.

3. Fill in Asset Details

Provide the necessary information for the asset:

Field Description
Title (Required) Enter a descriptive title for the asset.
Description (Optional) Provide a brief description of the asset.
Tags Select existing tags or create a new one by clicking on the gear icon.
Group Assign the asset to a specific category for better organization.
Upload File Click the Upload button and select a file from your device. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, DOCX, and PPTX
Active Toggle the switch to activate or deactivate the asset (only visible to organizers).

4. Save the Asset


    • Click the Save button to add the asset to the library.

Outcome

Once the asset is saved, it will be added to the Organization Assets Library and can be accessed based on assigned permissions. Organization Owners can manage assets by editing, deleting, or assigning access, while users can only download assets that they have permission to view.

Additional Notes:

  • Click the pen icon to edit an asset.
  • Click the arrow button to download an asset.
  • Click the trash icon to remove an asset.

  • Only Organization Owners can add, edit, and remove assets, whereas users can only download the assets they have access to.
