Learn how to bulk generate certificates for users by uploading a CSV file containing the details of users who should receive the certificates on the platform. Once generated, users can email the certificates to themselves as needed.
- Head over to the event's backend and access the "Certificate Settings" section upon clicking on the "Engagement" menu.
2. Click on the "Add" button to add a new certificate entry.
3. Select the "CSV File Based Certificates" option from the "Certificate Type IDs" dropdown.
4. Set the "Start and End" duration of the certificates generation, the certificate file that needs to be awarded, and the map the certificate through "Add Mapping" section.
5. Upload the CSV file ensuring that it incorporates the following details of the users to whom certificates are to be awarded.
First Name, Last Name, Email Address, session duration, webinar name, credit hours, license number, state.
6. Once all of the settings have been configured, accordingly the certificates will be awarded to attendees and will start showing up in their certificates section on the platform.
