How to add documents and videos in your booth as an exhibitor

Add engaging documents and videos to provide valuable resources and interactive content in your booth for attendees.

Step 4 of your booth setup focuses on uploading documents and videos to enrich your booth and engage attendees with downloadable resources and multimedia content. This step helps you showcase your company’s expertise, services, or products effectively.

Documents: Share Downloadable Resources

Provide attendees with essential documents such as brochures, presentations, or reports.

How to Add Documents:

  1. Click on ‘Yes, I have a document to share’ to enable document uploads.

  2. Fill in the Required Details:
    • Document Title: Enter a descriptive name for the document.
    • Description: Provide a brief summary or context for the document.
    • Document Type: Select how to share the document:
      • Upload Document: Upload files such as PDFs, Word documents, Excel sheets, or PowerPoint presentations directly.
      • External Link: Attach a URL link to the document hosted elsewhere.
  3. Delete or Add More Documents:
    • Use the Delete button to remove any document.
    • Click ‘Add Another Document’ to include additional resources.

Videos: Create an Interactive Experience

Showcase engaging videos to captivate attendees and highlight your brand’s offerings.

How to Add Videos:

  1. Click on ‘Yes, I have a video to share’ to enable video uploads.

  2. Add Video Details:
    • Video Title: Provide a clear and engaging title for the video.
    • Video URL: Add a link to videos hosted on platforms like YouTube or Vimeo.
    • Video Upload: Upload video files directly (up to 5 GB) in formats such as MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, or FLV.
    • Video Description: Enter a short description to give attendees context about the video content.
  3. Thumbnail:
    • Add a Thumbnail URL or upload a thumbnail image (1:1 ratio, PNG or JPEG).
    • If no thumbnail is provided, the system will generate a default one.
  4. Delete or Add More Videos:
    • Use the Delete button to remove a video.
    • Click ‘Add Another Video’ to upload additional multimedia content.

Final Step

Once you’ve added all your documents and videos, click ‘Save and Continue’ to move to the next section of your booth setup.
