Enhancing a virtual booth with media is an excellent way to provide valuable information and engage attendees.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to adding media in vFairs:

Navigate to Booth Management
Login and Navigate to the "Booth Management" section, where all booths are listed. -
Select the Desired Booth
Choose the booth where you want to upload documents and videos. -
Locate the Content Upload Section
Click "More" option and then click 'Media' button in the drop down option. -
Access the 'Add Media' drawer
Click on the “Add Media” button on the screen that pops up upon clicking 'Media'.
- Upload Media
Select 'Documents or Videos' from the content type drop down and fill in the relevant fields. - Save and Preview
After uploading your media, click 'Save' to save your changes.
Preview the booth to confirm that the documents and videos are displayed correctly for attendees.
