How to Add Multiple Handouts/Presentations to Sessions

Learn how to add handouts to individual sessions, enabling attendees to access supplementary materials directly from the session details.

  1. Head over to the sessions listing area and click on the "Add Sessions" button to access the sessions creation drawer

 

2. Scroll down within the sessions creation drawer and click on the "Advanced Settings".

3. Click on the "+ Add New" button beneath the Handouts title.

NOTE: You can associate multiple handouts with a single session by clicking the "+ Add New" button repeatedly.

4. Add the "Handout Title" and upload the handout file through the file upload section as per the permitted formats. 

Permitted formats include PDF, PPT, and Word document.

Repeat the same process in case multiple handouts are to be associated with a single session.

5. Click on the "Add Session" button at the bottom right hand side of the sessions creation drawer to ensure that the added handouts are saved along with other elements added to the session.

6. Once added, the handouts will appear in the event's agenda (web & mobile app) as highlighted in the screenshots below:
