How to Add Notes for Each Submission
Learn how to add notes to abstract submissions as an admin or reviewer, allowing you to record details for internal reference and access them at any time.
Access Note-taking feature as an Admin:
1. Head over to the Submissions section within the Abstract Management Module in the backend.
2. Under the actions section, click on the icon highlighted below (against each submission) to open up the notes creation drawer.
3. Type out notes in the HTML description box and click on the "Save" button at the bottom right corner to save the added notes.
4. Click on the "Notes" icon next to each submission to edit/delete the added note at any point of time.
Access Note-taking feature as an Reviewer:
1. Login to reviewer dashboard and navigate to the assigned submissions section.
2. Under the actions section, click on the icon highlighted below (against each submission) to open up the notes creation drawer.
3. Type out notes in the HTML description box and click on the "Save" button at the bottom right corner to save the added notes.
4. Click on the "Notes" icon next to each submission to edit/delete the added note at any point of time.
