# How to Add One Speaker to Multiple Sessions at vFairs
## This guide will walk you through the process of adding one speaker to multiple sessions within the vFairs platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling experience.
**Introduction:** In the dynamic environment of virtual events, the ability to assign a single speaker to multiple sessions can greatly enhance the organization and diversity of the agenda. This capability is particularly useful for keynote speakers who participate in various capacities across an event.
**Step 1: Access the Sessions Section**
- **Navigate to the Control Panel:** Log into your vFairs event management dashboard with appropriate credentials.
- **Locate Sessions:** In the left navigation menu, find and click on the "Agenda and Speakers" section.

- **Open Session Listings:** Within the Agenda and Speakers section, click on the "Session Listing" tab. This will display a comprehensive list of all the sessions planned for your event.
