How to Add Quiz/Survey Based Certificates

Learn the step-by-step process for configuring certificates that are awarded to event attendees based on the completion of a quiz or survey specifically created for the event.

  1. Head over to the event's backend and access the "Certificate Settings" section upon clicking on the "Engagement" menu.

2. Click on the "Add" button to add a new certificate entry.

3. Select the "Quiz/Survey Based Certificates" option from the "Certificate Type IDs" dropdown.

NOTE: Ensure that the quizzes/surveys have been created for the event prior to creation of certificate entry from the Registration's "Form Builder" section.

 

4. Set the "Start and End" duration of the certificates generation, the certificate file that needs to be awarded, and the map the certificate through "Add Mapping" section.

5. In case the certificate needs to be awarded for a quizzes/surveys that have been created generically for the event, then upon ensuring that the Certificate Type ID has "Quiz/Survey based Certificate" option selected, select the quizzes/surveys from the "Reference ID" dropdown upon completing whom the added certificate should be awarded.

6. In case the certificates have to be awarded upon filling quizzes/surveys associated with sessions then turn on the toggle that reads "Quiz/Survey Associated to Webinars?" and then select the sessions from the "Reference ID" dropdown. Users will accordingly be awarded certificates once they watch the session in its entirety and then fill out the quiz/survey associated with it.

7. Once all of the settings have been configured, accordingly the certificates will be awarded to attendees upon filling out quizzes/surveys.
