How to Add Webinar Watch Base Certificates

Learn how to configure certificates that are awarded to event attendees based on the condition that they have watched a certain percentage of sessions.

  1. Head over to the event's backend and access the "Certificate Settings" section upon clicking on the "Engagement" menu.

2. Click on the "Add" button to add a new certificate entry.

3. Select the "Webinar Watch Based Certificates" option from the "Certificate Type IDs" dropdown.

4. Set the "Start and End" duration of the certificates generation, the certificate file that needs to be awarded, and the map the certificate through "Add Mapping" section.

5. Select the sessions for whom the added certificate has to be awarded from the "Reference IDs" dropdown.

NOTE: The "Reference ID" selection field allows selection of multiple sessions for whom the added certificate should be awarded.

6. Adjust the state of the following toggles subject to requirement:

Single Certificate: If enabled, a single certificate file will be generated for users upon watching sessions that have been added in the reference ID section.

Must Watch All?: If enabled, attendees must watch all sessions listed in the reference ID section to qualify for a single certificate awarded upon meeting this requirement.

Webinar Watch %: If enabled, certificates will only be awarded when attendees have watched a specific percentage of sessions, as defined in the text input box when this toggle is activated.

7. Once all of the settings have been configured, accordingly the certificates will be awarded to attendees.
