How to Allow Export to Custom Email

Allow users to export leads directly to specified email addresses.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to your backend portal.

  2. From the left navigation menu, click Lead Capture.

  3. Next, click on Leads.

  4. On the Leads Listing screen, click the Settings tab located at the top-right corner of the page.

  5. Locate the Allow Export to Custom Email option. Select the desired user types from the dropdown menu provided.

  6. Once the user types are selected, click Update Settings to save your changes.

After completing these steps, selected user types will have the ability to export leads directly to custom email addresses.
