How to Assign Packages and Add-ons to Group Members

If you're registering multiple people as part of a group registration, vFairs allows you to assign tickets and add-ons to yourself or to other group members easily during the registration process.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Registration Form

Navigate to the registration form shared by the event organizer. Select your desired tickets (packages) and/or add-ons and proceed to the next step.

2. Enter Basic Information

Fill out your basic registration details. This usually includes your name, email, and other relevant fields defined by the organizer.


3. View Purchased Tickets

After submitting your initial information:

  • All purchased tickets will now appear in rows.

  • Each row represents each ticket type that needs to be assigned.



4. Assign Tickets to Attendees

You now have two options for assigning each ticket:

Option 1: Assign to Yourself

  • Click the + Assign button next to the ticket you want to claim

  • Your name will appear as the ticket holder.

Option 2: Assign to Another Group Member

  • Click Add New User.

  • A sidebar will open where you can enter the details of your guest (e.g., name, email, phone number, etc.).

  • Click Submit to assign the ticket.

5. Assign Add-ons (if purchased)

If you’ve purchased any Add-ons (e.g., workshops, merchandise, meals), these can also be assigned in the same sidebar when you're adding a new user.

  • Use the dropdowns to select which add-ons should go to which guest.

  • Click Save once done.

6. Review Assignments

Once tickets and add-ons are assigned:

  • The names and details of each group member will appear under the Assignment Section.

  • You can edit or update details if needed before final submission.
