How to Capture Leads as an Exhibitor Using the Lead Capture App
The Lead Capture App by vFairs allows exhibitors to scan attendee QR codes, collect essential information, and manage leads efficiently. Follow the steps below to capture, view, and search leads in real time.
Capturing a Lead

Open the App and log in using your Exhibitor Credentials.

Tap the “+” icon at the bottom of the home screen.

You will get three options to add the lead: Scan QR, Scan Card, Manual. Select your desired option to add the lead. For example i am adding lead using 'Scan a Card' option in the image below:

Upon scanning, the attendee's profile will open automatically.

Click Lead Details tab seen at top right adjacent to profile details. Assign a Lead Type among the 5 options:

-
Urgent
-
Hot
-
Warm
-
Cold
-

Add custom notes or record a voice note to capture context.

The recorded voice note can be transcript in different languages including English, French German, Japanese.

Tap Save to save the lead.
Viewing & Searching Leads

From the home screen, tap "View All Leads".

Use the search bar to look for specific names, companies, or tags.

Apply filters to narrow down by lead type, date, or captured by. This helps you quickly locate leads for follow-up or export.
With these simple steps, your team can easily capture and organize valuable lead data to drive meaningful post-event conversations and conversions.
