In virtual events, managing job postings effectively is essential. This feature allows event organizers to automatically change the status of job postings upon opening and closing dates.
✅ Steps to Change Job Status Automatically
🔹 Step 1: Log in and Navigate to Exhibitor Management

Log in to your vFairs event backend using your credentials.

From the left navigation menu, go to Exhibitor Management.
🔹 Step 2: Access Booth Management

In the Exhibitor Management section, click on Booth Management.
🔹 Step 3: Go to Settings

In the Booth Management section, click on the Settings button, located at the top right of the screen.
🔹 Step 4: Enable the Automatic Job Status Change Toggle

In the Settings menu, click on Advanced Settings.

You will see the "Automatic Job Status Change" toggle.

Enable the toggle by switching it to the on position.
🔹 Step 5: Save the Changes

After enabling the toggle, click on the Update Settings button to save your changes.
🧠 What Happens After Enabling This Feature?
Once the Automatic Job Status Change toggle is enabled, the system will automatically update the status of job postings based on the opening and expiry dates. For example, expired job postings will be marked as "Closed" or "Filled", depending on your settings and open jobs will be marked "Open" This feature helps organizers manage the job board efficiently without the need for manual updates.
