How to Configure Abstract Email Templates

Learn how to set abstract management module specific email templates for enabling seamless communication between event organizers, submitters, authors, and reviewers.

1. Access the "Abstract Management" settings section from the backend.

2. Head over to the "Email Notifications" section within the settings area.

3. Ensure that the main user role specific toggles are enabled in case emails are to be initiated to that user role.

NOTE: Emails to the specified user roles will not be triggered until the main user role toggles are activated from the backend.

4. When the main toggles are enabled, adjust the activity-specific toggles for each user role to manage their initiation accordingly.

5. Click on the "Add Abstract Emails" button from the top right hand side of the screen.

6. Select the required templates from the the selection pop up and then click on the create button.

7. The module specific emails will be created and populated within the "Abstract System Emails" section.
