You can control which columns are visible and adjust their order to match your requirements. #### Overview Within the Email Settings of the eCommerce section, you can modify the allowance negotiation emails item table. The table dynamically displays fields from your eCommerce item form—including any custom fields you’ve set up. You can hide specific columns for different user types (Admin, Event Owner, Booth Admin) and rearrange the column order as needed. --- #### Step-by-Step Guide ### 1. Access the Email Settings - **Navigate to the eCommerce Section:** From the left-side panel, click on the **eCommerce** section. - **Open Email Settings:** Within the eCommerce section, select the **Email Settings** tab. - **Select the Negotiation Email Subtab:** Click on the **Negotiation Email** subtab at the top. View the Item Table Fields - **Dynamic Field Display:** You will see a list of fields that will appear in the item table of your allowance negotiation emails. Customize Column Visibility - **Toggle Columns On or Off:** To hide a column for any specific user type, simply disable the toggle next to the corresponding field.
