This guide explains how to customize the item table that appears in your allowance negotiation emails. You can control which columns are visible and adjust their order to match your requirements.
Overview
Within the Email Settings of the eCommerce section, you can modify the allowance negotiation emails item table. The table dynamically displays fields from your eCommerce item form—including any custom fields you’ve set up. You can hide specific columns for different user types (Admin, Event Owner, Booth Admin) and rearrange the column order as needed.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the Email Settings

Navigate to the eCommerce Section:
From the left-side panel, click on the eCommerce section. -
Open Email Settings:
Within the eCommerce section, select the Email Settings tab. -
Select the Negotiation Email Subtab:
Click on the Negotiation Email subtab at the top. This subtab displays the configuration options for the allowance negotiation email item table.
2. View the Item Table Fields

Dynamic Field Display:
You will see a list of fields that will appear in the item table of your allowance negotiation emails. These fields are automatically populated based on your current eCommerce item form, including any custom fields you have added. -
User Type Columns:
The list includes separate columns for different user types (Admin, Event Owner, Booth Admin).
3. Customize Column Visibility
- Toggle Columns On or Off:
To hide a column for any specific user type, simply disable the toggle next to the corresponding field. Only the columns with toggles enabled will appear in the final item table.
4. Rearrange the Item Table Columns

Activate Reorder Mode:
Click on the Reorder button located at the top of the list.

Drag and Drop to Rearrange:
Rearrange the rows (each representing a column in the item table) by dragging them into your desired order.

Save the New Layout:
Once you have arranged the columns as required, click on Done Reordering to update the table layout.

Any changes to your eCommerce item form will automatically update the fields available in the Negotiation Email subtab. -
