# How to Create a Quiz Using Form Builder
## This guide will walk you through the process of creating a quiz using the Form Builder tool in your system.
#### Step 1: Navigate to the Registration Section
To get started, log in to your platform and locate the **Registration** section in the left navigation menu.
**Tip:** Ensure you have the necessary permissions to create and manage forms if you're not seeing this option.
Step 2: Access the Form Builder
Once you're in the **Registration** section, you'll find an option for **Form Builder**. Click on it to access the form creation interface.
- The Form Builder is where you’ll manage all your forms, including quizzes. It’s a user-friendly tool that allows you to design and customize your forms according to your needs.
#### Step 3: Click the 'Add' Button
At the top right of the Form Builder screen, you'll notice an **Add** button. Click on this button to begin creating your new form.
**Tip:** This button might be labeled as “Create New Form” or “Add Form,” depending on your system’s interface, but the functionality is the same.

Fill in all the relevant fields.
