How to Create a Shareable Link in Cross-Event Reporting

In Cross-Event Reporting, sharing reports through a shareable link is a quick and secure way to provide access without exporting files. Follow these steps to send a shareable link.

1. Access Cross-Event Reporting

  • Log in to the Event Management Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Cross-Event Reporting.

  • Click on the eye button next to the desired report type (e.g., Attendee Report, Sessions Report, Booths Report, Engagement Report, or Email Campaigns) to view the report.

2. Create and Share a Link

  • Click the Shareable Link button.



  • Toggle Enable public access to report.



  • Enter the recipient's email address and click on the Send OTP button.

  • The recipient will receive an email containing the shareable link along with a One-Time Password (OTP).

  • To view the report, the recipient clicks the link and enters the OTP.

Outcome

By following these steps, you can easily share your reports with others through a secure shareable link. The recipient will be able to view the report by entering the OTP, making it a quick and secure way to grant access to your event data.
