Steps to Create and Manage Lead Types

  1. Log in to the Lead Capture Backend

    • Sign in to your Lead Capture backend as an Organizer.

  2. Access the Lead Capture Section

    • Navigate to the left navigation menu and click on Lead Capture.

  3. Open the Lead Types Screen

    • Click on Lead Types to view existing lead types.

  4. Add a New Lead Type

    • On the Lead Types screen, click the Add Lead Type button located at the top right of the screen.

  5. Fill in the Required Fields

    • Enter the necessary details for the new lead type.

  6. Save the Lead Type

    • Click the Save button at the bottom to store the new lead type.

Default Lead Types

By default, the system provides the following lead types:

  • Urgent

  • Hot

  • Warm
