Learn how to set up and manage Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in the vFairs Mobile App to provide attendees with quick access to essential information.
- The FAQs screen can be accessed from the left navigation menu under the Mobile App section. Click on the Mobile App section to expand and select “FAQs”.
- This will take you to the FAQ dashboard where you can see all the existing FAQs (if any).
- Click on the “Create FAQ” button as shown below.
- This will open a form that allows you to create FAQs one by one.
- Enter the FAQ details in the form.
- Fill out the fields:

This field allows you to select which FAQ pages the question and answer should appear on, in case you have multiple FAQ pages. |
