How to Display Attendee's Seat Reservation Status in their Profile

Learn how to display an attendee’s seat reservation status in their profile. This article walks you through a step-by-step process to configure and enable this feature, ensuring that seat assignments are easily accessible

 

Step 1: Accessing Mobile App Settings

  • Navigate to Mobile App Settings: Start by logging into your backend and click 'Mobile App'. Then click 'Mobile App Settings'

Step 2: Enabling the Seat Reservation Status Display

  • Within the Mobile App settings, select "Auditorium and Sessions"

  • Find the toggle titled "Show Seat Reservation Status in the User Profile".
  • Enabled this toggle.

  • Click "Update Settings" to apply the change.
  • Now, when an admin scans an attendee's QR code to check them into a session, their profile pop-up will show the status (See image below):
