How to Enable Accessibility for Chat

Learn how to enable accessibility features for the chat system, which supports both embedded and extended chat layouts.

Steps to Enable Chat Accessibility

  1. Navigate to Event Backend

    • Log into the backend of your desired event.

  2. Go to General Settings

    • Select General under the Event Settings section.

  3. Enable Accessibility Features

    • Toggle on the "Accessibility Features" option.

  4. Frontend Experience

    • Once enabled, an accessibility icon will appear in the top menu of the event frontend.

    • Users can then navigate through the application using accessibility keys for enhanced usability.

Note: This feature is compatible with only extended chat.
