How to enable and use the check-in module

Learn how to Activate and use the Check-In module in the Badge Printing App to streamline attendee check-ins. This guide covers module activation and ensures a smooth check-in experience for participants.

In addition to printing badges for attendees, the Badge Printing App Allows you to:

  1. Check-in attendees to the event
  2. Print a badge and check-in attendees simultaneously

 

Check-in Attendees to the event

  1. Click on the "App Settings" on the home screen
  2. Under "App is being used for?", select Check-In. 
  3. Return to the home screen, where you will see that the tile previously labeled "Print a badge" has now changed to "Check-In." (Refer to the image below.)
  4. To check in attendees, click Check-In.
  5. This will open the user list. 
  6. From here you can click on any user. This will open a confirmation pop-up.
  7. Click "Confirm" to check-in the selected user.

 

Print a badge and check-in attendees simultaneously

  1. If you wish to print a badge AND check them in at the same time, go to "App Settings". 
  2. Under "App is being used for", select "Badge Printing". 
  3. Enable the toggle titled "Print and check-in simultaneously".
  4. This will ensure that now when you print someone's badge, it will also check them into the event.
