Learn how to Activate and use the Check-In module in the Badge Printing App to streamline attendee check-ins. This guide covers module activation and ensures a smooth check-in experience for participants.
In addition to printing badges for attendees, the Badge Printing App Allows you to:
- Check-in attendees to the event
- Print a badge and check-in attendees simultaneously
Check-in Attendees to the event
- Click on the "App Settings" on the home screen
- Under "App is being used for?", select Check-In.
- Return to the home screen, where you will see that the tile previously labeled "Print a badge" has now changed to "Check-In." (Refer to the image below.)
- To check in attendees, click Check-In.
- This will open the user list.
- From here you can click on any user. This will open a confirmation pop-up.
- Click "Confirm" to check-in the selected user.
Print a badge and check-in attendees simultaneously
- If you wish to print a badge AND check them in at the same time, go to "App Settings".
- Under "App is being used for", select "Badge Printing".
- Enable the toggle titled "Print and check-in simultaneously".
- This will ensure that now when you print someone's badge, it will also check them into the event.
