How to Enable Booth Negotiation Feature

This article walks you through the steps to enable the Booth Negotiation toggle from the backend.

Overview

The Booth Negotiation feature in vFairs allows organizers to enable pricing or feature-based negotiations between exhibitors and admins. This is particularly useful when managing booth sales or upgrades across different packages.


Steps to Enable Booth Negotiation

🔹 Step 1: Access Booth Management

  1. Log in to your vFairs Event Backend with organizer or admin access.

  2. Navigate to:
    Exhibitor Management > Booth Management

  3. On the top-right corner, click the “Settings” button.


🔹 Step 2: Enable Booth Negotiation

  1. In the left menu of the settings screen, click on the “Booth Negotiation” tab.

  2. Locate the toggle labeled “Enable Booth Negotiation”.

  3. Switch the toggle to the ON position to activate negotiation capabilities for booths.

  4. Click the “Update Settings” button to save your changes.

  • Once enabled, booth negotiation options become available for event administrators.

  • Organizers can initiate or respond to negotiation requests with booth exhibitors regarding pricing or feature access.
