vFairs allows organizers to enable cancel/edit registration provision for their registrants. Attendees can cancel at any time if this feature is enabled.
Guide to enable 'Cancel Registration' option for registrants
The 'Cancel Registration' option provides attendees with the flexibility to manage their registrations independently. Often, changing priorities may lead a registrant to seek cancellation of their spot, allowing that space to become available for other interested participants.

Organizer's Setup:
- The organizer must enable the cancellation toggle in the event settings to allow attendees to cancel their registrations.

Attendee Actions:
The attendees have two areas from where they can initiate the cancellation process.
- Via Registration Form:
- Attendees should navigate to the event registration form and look for the Cancel Registration option.
- Click the Cancel button and confirm the cancellation when prompted.
- Via Thank you Page:
- Attendees once they register are redirected to a Thank you page and they can look for the Cancel Registration option there as well.
- Click the Cancel button and confirm the cancellation when prompted.
- Via Registration Form:

- Alternatively, attendees can use the cancellation link provided in their sign-up confirmation email.
- Clicking this link will direct them to a cancellation confirmation page.

- After confirming the cancellation, attendees will also receive an email notification regarding the successful cancellation of their registration.
