# How to enable event check-in and badge printing with User Profile Display

## This guide will walk you through enabling the display of user profiles during check-in and badge printing using the badge printing app’s settings.

**Introduction:** Efficient check-in and badge printing processes are crucial for streamlining entry at events and conferences. **Step 1: Access the Badge Printing App Settings**

- **Log into the Backend:** Begin by accessing the backend of your event management system where the badge printing app is integrated.
- **Navigate to Badge Printing Settings:** Within the badge printing app, locate and click on 'Badge Printing Settings.'

**Step 2: Enable User Profile Display**

- **Locate the Relevant Toggle:** Look for a toggle or setting labeled 'Show User Profile During Check-In / Badge Printing?'.

- **Enable the Toggle:** Switch the toggle to the 'On' position to activate the display of user profiles. 
- Another field will appear upon enabling this toggle where you can select when and where you want the profile pop up to appear.

**Step 3: Save and Update Settings**

- **Save Changes:** After enabling the feature, make sure to click on '**Update Settings**' to save the changes.

- **Conduct a Test Run:** Before the actual event, conduct a test run to see how the user profile display functions during check-in and badge printing.
