How to enable offline message notifications

Enabling offline messages ensures that users stay updated with important chat conversations, even when they are not actively online.
Here's how you can activate this feature:
Accessing Chat Settings
- Log in to the Backend and click on 'Networking' in the left sidebar.
- Select ‘Chat Settings’ under the Networking tab to access and configure chat-related functionalities.
Enabling Offline Messages
- Enable Offline Messages: Toggle on the ‘Enable Offline Messages’ option seen in the reference image below to activate this feature.
- What It Does: When enabled, this feature ensures users receive email notifications for important messages they might have missed while offline.
By enabling offline messages, you enhance communication and ensure participants never miss critical updates or conversations, keeping them engaged and informed.
