vFairs offers event organizers the flexibility to control lead capture access for each exhibitor booth individually. This article walks you through the simple steps to enable or disable lead capture access on a per-booth basis from the backend portal
What is Booth-Level Lead Capture Access?
Booth-level lead capture access determines whether a specific booth can collect attendee leads using the Lead Capture App. This feature is enabled by default for all booths, but admins can toggle it off or back on at any time.

Follow these steps to manage lead capture access for individual booths:
-
Log in to your event's backend portal.
-
In the left-hand menu, click on Exhibitor Management.
-
Select Booth Management from the submenu.
-
You will be taken to the Booth Listing Screen, where all created booths are displayed in a table.
-
Locate the "Lead Capture Access" toggle in front of each booth name.
-
The toggle is enabled by default.
-
-
To disable lead capture access for a booth:
-
Click the toggle to turn it off.

A confirmation popup will appear.
-
Click the “Yes, Disable” button to confirm.
-
The booth will no longer have access to the Lead Capture App.

A confirmation popup will appear.
-
Click the “Yes, Enable” button to confirm.

The booth will regain access to lead capture features.
-
Important Notes
-
Access control is booth-specific – you can only enable or disable lead capture on an individual booth level.
-
There is currently no bulk action to modify lead capture access for multiple booths at once.
By managing this setting, you can ensure only the relevant booths have the ability to collect and manage leads—enhancing both data control and event security.
