How to enable Q&A Moderation for sessions

Learn how to enable Q&A moderation for sessions, allowing event organizers to restrict the visibility of audience questions so they are initially visible to the associated speakers, who can then decide whether to make them accessible to attendees

 

1. Head over to the "Sessions" section in the backend and click on the "Settings" button.

2. Scroll down to the "Sessions Q&A" section in the basic sub-header of the settings section.

3. Enable the toggle that reads "Enable Q&A Moderation

4. As soon as the toggle is enabled, the moderation capability will be enabled where only the speakers associated with sessions would see the questions asked in the Q&A box and will have the control to show them in the Q&A box for remaining audience.

5. To view the questions and moderate them, speakers will access the speaker portal and click on the "Question Mark" icon under the actions column in the listing section.

6. A pop up will appear displaying questions with the controls to show/hide their visibility.
