# How to Enable/Disable Job Vacancies Step in the Booth Setup Form
## The ability to display or hide job vacancies directly from the booth setup form can streamline the process, making it either a focal point of the booth or removing it when not needed.
#### Step 1: Access Exhibitor Management
- **Login and Navigate**: Start by logging into the backend of your event management platform. Once logged in, locate the navigation menu typically on the left side of the interface.
- **Exhibitor Management Tab**: Click on the "Exhibitor Management" section and Click **'Booth Management'** tab under this section.
#### Step 2: Enter Settings
- **Settings Button**: At the top right of the Booth Management screen, you will find a "Settings" button. Click this button to proceed to the detailed settings related to booth configurations.
#### Step 3: Manage Job Vacancies Step
- **Locating the Option**: Once in the Settings menu, scroll down until you find the option labeled "Hide Job Vacancies Step." This is where you can control the visibility of the job vacancies step during the booth setup process.
- **Enable/Disable**:
- **To Disable**: If you wish to remove the job vacancies step from the booth setup form (thus simplifying the setup process), toggle this option to "Enabled." This action hides the step, meaning booth managers will not see job vacancies as part of their setup process.
- **To Enable**: Conversely, if the job vacancies step is currently hidden and you want to make it available, toggle this option to "Disabled." This makes the step visible and active during booth setup, allowing booth managers to include job vacancies in their booth details.
