How to Filter Campaigns by Status and Date

Learn how to use the advanced filter panel in the Campaigns module to quickly narrow down campaigns by status and date range.

Step 1: Open the Filter Panel

  • In the Campaigns module, locate the Filter button next to the search box.

  • Click Filter to open the filter panel above the campaign list.

Step 2: Apply Filters

Inside the filter panel, you’ll see two dropdowns:

  • Status

    • Options: All, Draft, Scheduled, Queued, Completed, Failed

  • Send Date Range

    • Options: All Time, Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, This Year

Step 3: View Results

  • The campaign list updates instantly based on your selected filters.

  • If no results match, you’ll see the message: “No campaigns match your filters.”

Step 4: Clear Filters

  • Click Clear All inside the panel to reset filters.

  • The campaign list returns to the default view (All Status + All Time).


The advanced filter panel makes it easier to find and manage campaigns by combining status and date range filters, giving organizers more control over their campaign lists.
