Follow-Up Options in the App

Once a lead is captured and saved, you can follow up directly from the app:

1. Make a Phone Call

  • Tap the Call icon next to the lead’s contact details.

  • Your phone will initiate a direct call to the attendee’s number on file.

2. Send an Email

  • Tap the Email icon to launch your device’s email app.

  • A pre-filled follow-up email template will appear (if set up).

  • Personalize the message if needed and hit send.


📌 Pro Tip: Aim to follow up within 24–48 hours of capturing a lead to ensure the interaction is still fresh in the attendee’s mind. Quick follow-ups significantly improve engagement and conversion rates.
