How to Hide "Edit Allowance" Button for Selected User Types
The Edit Allowance button in your trade show event backend portal gives users the ability to adjust product allowances. To maintain better control, Event Owners can hide this option from specific user types such as Admins or Booth Admins.
Follow the steps below to configure this setting:
Steps

Login to your trade show event backend portal.

From the left navigation menu, click Trade Show.

Select the Products tab to open the product screen.

In the top-right corner of the Products screen, click the Settings button.

Go to the User Access and Role Controls settings tab.

Under this section, select the user types you want to hide the Edit Allowance button for (e.g., Admins, Booth Admins).

Click Update Settings to save your changes.
Important Notes

Only Event Owners can view and configure this setting.

Once applied, the Edit Allowance button will no longer be visible to the selected user types.
