1. Accessing App Theme Settings

1. Log in to your Event Backend.
2. Navigate to Mobile App → App Builder.
3. Open App Theme.
   
   
4. Select the Advanced tab.
   
   

You’ll find the settings for controlling the visibility of the event location, date, and time here.

2. Hiding the Event Location Icon

To hide the event location icon from the mobile app home screen:

1. In App Theme → Advanced, locate the Hide Location Icon toggle.
   
   
2. Enable the toggle to hide the location icon.
3. Check the App Preview in the App Builder to confirm that the icon is no longer displayed.
   
   

The App Preview updates to reflect this change, allowing you to see how the home screen will look without the location icon.

3. Customizing Event Date & Time

The mobile app home screen displays the event’s date and time below the banner. You can control which details are shown using the Event Date & Time dropdown, located below the Hide Location Icon toggle in App Theme → Advanced.

Choose the display option that best suits your event:

• No Selection: Display both the event date and time.
• Hide Time: Display the event date without the time.
• Hide Date and Time: Hide the event date and time from the home screen.

Select the desired option to customize the information displayed below the banner on the app’s home screen.

4. Saving and Applying Changes

After configuring the settings:

1. Click Save Changes in the App Builder.
   
   
2. Reopen the mobile app to apply the updated settings.

Review the home screen to confirm that the location icon and event date and time appear as intended.
