πŸ“Š How to Hide Reports from the Exhibitor Portal

Event organizers can control the visibility of reports in the Exhibitor Portal at two levels β€” either by hiding the entire reports section or by allowing only basic stats while hiding downloadable reports.

1️⃣ Hide Complete Reports (Stats + Reports Menu)

To completely hide reports and statistics from the Exhibitor Portal:

  1. Go to your Event Backend.

  2. Navigate to Exhibitor Management Settings.

  3. Open the Exhibitor Portal tab.

  4. Enable the toggle β€œHide Reporting Tab.”

Behavior:

  • The Reports menu will be removed from the Exhibitor Portal navigation.

  • The Overview tab will no longer display any statistics.

2️⃣ Show/Hide Downloadable Reports Only

If you want exhibitors to still view high-level stats but restrict access to downloadable reports:

  1. Go to your Event Backend.

  2. Navigate to Exhibitor Management Settings β†’ Exhibitor Portal.

  3. Enable or disable the toggle β€œEnable Reporting for Booth Admin.”

Behavior:

  • When enabled β†’ Booth admins can view and download detailed reports.

  • When disabled β†’ Only summary stats will appear, and downloadable reports will be hidden.

3️⃣ Control via RBAC (Organization Level)

Alternatively, you can manage these permissions through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) at the organization level.

  • Enable or disable reporting permissions globally for all events under your organization.

  • Event-specific overrides can still be managed individually from the Exhibitor Portal settings.
