How to Hide the QR Code Button from the Bottom Navigation in the Mobile App
Here’s a step-by-step guide to hide the QR code button from the bottom navigation.
Step 1: Access the Mobile App Settings

Log in to your backend portal.

In the left navigation menu, locate and click on the Mobile App section.
Step 2: Open Mobile Settings
- Within the Mobile App section, click on Mobile Settings.
Step 3: Navigate to QR Code, Check-In, and Contact Exchange Settings

On the Mobile Settings screen, find and click on the QR Code, Check-In, and Contact Exchange tab.
Step 4: Enable the Hide QR Code Button Option

Within the QR Code settings, locate the toggle labeled Hide QR code button from the bottom navigation.

Click on the toggle to enable this setting.

When enabled, the QR code button will no longer appear in the bottom navigation of the mobile app.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

After enabling the setting, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Update Settings.
