How to import users for the lead capture app

Learn how to import users into the vFairs Lead Capture App to streamline data collection and enhance lead management during your event.

1. To access the web portal of the lead capture app, go to vcapture.vfairs.com.
2. Login to the vFairs Lead Capture App by providing your registered email and password.
   
3. Once logged in, click on the "Import Attendees" option in the left navigation:
   
4. Click "Import".
   
5. Click "Download Sheet" to get a sample template (CSV) for entering and uploading attendee data.
   
6. After filling out the CSV with attendee data, click "Upload File" to submit it.
   
7. Once the upload is successfully completed, all your imported attendees will appear on the "Import Attendees" screen
