How to Import/Export Documents in the Document Library

Easily manage your event's resources with document imports and exports.

vFairs provides a simple process for importing and exporting documents within the Document Library, helping event organizers manage and share important files with attendees. 

Step 1: Access the ‘Document Library’

  • Log in to your vFairs backend portal.
  • From the sidebar, click on the ‘Event Content’ tab, then select ‘Document Library’ from the dropdown menu. 

Step 2: Import Documents

  • To import documents into the library:
  • Click on the ‘Import’ button, located at the top right of the screen.


  • Click 'Download Template' to get a sample template file.
  • Select the files you wish to upload from your device by clicking 'Upload CSV.'

  • A pop up screen will appear on clicking 'Upload CSV' where you can upload the document.
  • After adding the document file, click ‘Upload’ to add them to the library.

Step 3: Export Documents

To export documents from the library:

  • Click on the ‘Export’ button adjacent to Import button at top right of the screen.

  • Click on 'Export all documents' tab to export the documents.

By following these steps, you can easily import and export documents to and from your event's Document Library.
