How to limit the number of documents, videos, and users in your booth

Learn how to control content and user access in your booth

If you want to control the amount of content and number of users in your booth, follow these simple steps to set limits on documents, videos, and users.

  1. Access Booth Management: Log in to the backend and navigate to the 'Booth Management' section in the left side menu.

  2. Add or Edit a Booth: 
    To create a new booth, click the 'Add Booth' button at the top right of the booth listing screen.
    To edit an existing booth, click the 'Edit' icon next to the booth name.
  3. Open Advanced Settings: 

    In the booth creation or editing drawer, scroll down and click on 'Advanced Settings' to expand the section.
  4. Set Limits on Documents, Videos, and Users:

    In the advanced settings, you'll see fields to input the maximum number of
    Documents, Videos, and Users you want to allow in your booth. Enter the desired limits for each.

  5. Save Your Changes:

    Once you've set your limits, click on the 'Save Booth' button to apply the changes.
